Best regards, Carlos M Guest Experience, The hotel was fine in general, the only very bad issue was with the doorman at the main entrance, after checked out needed to go to another place NOT TO THE AIRPORT as this doorman was expecting, and he started speaking his own language with the taxi driver outside and then they told me that the taxi was actually waiting for another specific guess (which was a lie), they took my bag out of the taxi and the doorman put my bag in the next taxi in line, when I told the other taxi driver where I was going (Not the Airport) he told me he would not take me because that is a trick if the doorman and his friends taxi drivers to take only those passengers going to the Airport and he put my bag again out of the taxi and I was left in the street without any taxi wanting me to take me to.
